How do I draw the infection out of an infected hang nail?

My finger tip, the entire top of my finger, is swollen, red, hot, and sore.


When I can bare to put pressure on it, yellow pus comes out from under my cuticle. I know it's badly infected. How do I pull the infection out???How do I draw the infection out of an infected hang nail?
Try some warm water soaks (If you can get some emspin salt)


to soothe it.


Do this a lot. Or wrap it in a hot clean compress.


Wrap it in neosporin and a band aid tonight when you go to bed.


If it won't drain call the MD.
