From Jan 2008 to NOW! Still no progress. Spreading around hands too!

Hi. My nail broke half way and i started to peel it all the way down now i got no nail!!!!!!!! there is thick heavy rough nail attached only to my cuteiteacal only. i got blisters around nail and hand and finger and spreed to other hand my body aches and head aches and i get dizzy and see black spots. what is going on? i can't afford nail salon or doctor. how to deal? how to treat? i put bandaid but it don't work. with no band aid my skin split off. i am depressed, afraid, worried, nervous, etc. this is NO JOKE. Serious answers only.thank youNail infections problem?
this is a fungal infection, i would consider speaking to a doctor to get creams to get rid of it.
