about 6 weeks ago, i injured the end of my big toe, had a scab for a little while, then it healed. once i thought it was healed, i went for a pedicure. At the salon, the technician was rough with the end of my toe and re opened the wound. that was a month ago, and it's still completely messed up. I've tried soaking it in wound disinfectant, wearing neosporin bandaids, and it's not cleaning up. its scabby, icky looking, but is not at all painful. did i get one of those nasty fungal infections from nail salons that I've read about before?? i hv a picture but i don't know how to attach it.Toe infection from nail salon maybe ?

Regardless of where you think you got it, go see a podiatrist. They specialize in foot care. They will give you the proper treatment.
