HELP! Fungal nail infection?

Ive had a fungal nail infection on most of my toenails for about 2 years now. About 18 months ago i went to the doctors, and she gave me a nail laquer and told me to apply it to the infected nails once a week for a year. She said it would go away if i did that. Its been 18 months and it hasnt gone away. Its even spreaded to more toenails. Im going to thailand in 3 weeks and really want it gone by then! Any help?? xHELP! Fungal nail infection?
Tea tree oil..It is a bit expensive..Worth every penny!! If you order on line..look for Australian Tea Tree oil.. I was a skeptic at first,but, it really works. The fungus will spread to all toes and worsen with time. I had a patient that had it and it worked. She had used prescriptions and nothing helped..This worked.HELP! Fungal nail infection?

The only thing I found that helped for me was Acai. The acai berry will help detox your body. For me it took about 6 weeks to notice the difference.
I was told to put Vicks vapol rub around the toe and under the nail as far as you can get it. this really works and faster than 1 year too.
