Tried ketokonozole treatment for six months for fungal nail infection. It did nothing. Does anything help?

Fungus growing in the nail will not just go away. If you apply plain white vinegar two to four times a day around the cuticle you can cure yourself risk free. What happens is that the nail changes ph as it grows out of the cuticle and the fungus cannot live in an acid environment. This really works! It takes a long time but after 5 or 6 weeks you will actually see fungus free clean nail growing slowly outward. My big toenail took 1 1/2 years to become completely fungus free.
