Can I use false nails on toenails due to fungal nail infection??....?

I am 34 weeks pregnant and am unable to treat it properly until the baby arrives. It's really embarrasing to me and I just want to know if it would be ok to use false nails on top just for the next 6 weeks or so incase I go into hospital. I would hate people to see. It doesn't look too bad and is mainly on my big toes and little toes. I have filed them down and am using tea tree oil on them, but there is not much else I can use and they certainly won't grow back in the next 6 weeks. i have seen false toenails to buy in some stores. so i guess as a short term or night out solution it would be ok. guess u should still get it sorted, loads a products out there now.Can I use false nails on toenails due to fungal nail infection??....?
